1. No refund is given when you cancel the reservation within 24hours of bookings.

2. We issue credit note (not refund) of 95% of booking amount if the ride is cancelled before 3hours (within Mumbai rides) prior to your scheduled reservation.

3. 70% refund for cancellations within 7 days

4. 95% refund for cancellations 7+ days prior.
